Return Policy

At Piggy Proof, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it may happen that you wish to cancel or return your purchase. Below you will find all information about your rights, the return process, and the conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Period: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  • Return period: After your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
  • Refund: We will credit the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your return notification, provided we have received the returned item. Only the costs for returning the item to our webshop are at your own expense (approx. €7.25 per package; see your carrier's rates for the exact price).

Important points when exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • Return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
  • If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may deduct the depreciation from the refund. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure good packaging upon return.

2. Return Process

  • Register your return by sending an email to info@piggyproofshop.com stating your order number.
  • As soon as we have received your return notification, we will send you a confirmation and instructions for returning the item.
  • Pack your items securely and send them to our return address within 14 days of your withdrawal.

Please note:

  • If you choose a PostNL point or if your package is automatically sent there (in case of missed delivery), please pick it up within 7 days. Uncollected packages cannot be reshipped; in that case, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €5.95 from the refund.
  • The same rule applies to an incorrectly entered address.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product is unused and in resalable condition.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • It was purchased through our official webshop piggyproofshop.com.

4. Costs & Reimbursement

Return costs for the customer: Returns due to a change of mind: return costs at your own expense, approx. €7.25 per package.

We will reimburse return costs if:

  • You have received a defective or incorrect item.
  • An item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

In these cases, please contact info@piggyproofshop.com; we will then provide a return label at our expense.

5. Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, you can choose from:

  • Full refund of the purchase amount (including original shipping costs).
  • A credit voucher equal to the purchase amount, to be used for a future order.

We will credit the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your return notification, provided we have received the returned item.
